Steps to expect when KCW is on the job:

1. 1. Customer’s ideas and input are used to make proper selections for all remodeling areas. All options are explored before making final selections.
   2. Owner / project manager will be on site during the job.
   3. Second measure is done before ordering materials.
   4. Once material is received the job is scheduled with customer.
   5. Workers will show up. Workers will be inside and outside of house.
   6. Workers will begin in the most convenient place for the homeowner and work in a circular motion until complete.
   7. Workers will clean as they go so the work stations are kept clean throughout the entire project.
   8. Outside clean up is done daily.
   9. At the time of completion the customer will do a walk through with a KCW staff member who is qualified to address any and all installation elements.
   10. Payment for job.
