| Recently in February 2009, I had reconstruction work done on my office building, due to a head-on crash between the building and a vehicle.
Starting with the estimating process, Krystal Clear Windows, Inc evidenced a great concern for what I thought might be damaged, and researched each item. Based on their past building experience, they uncovered numerous other areas that should be in the estimate, that other Estimators did not. Several concerns of mine were that the overall exterior appearance being as close as possible as to what it was before the accident. Based on research, found out we were in a historic district and the new brick facade would have to be replaced with different bricks, as replacement bricks from the 1950's were unavailable. They furnished samples which were approved by the Historic commission. Other Estimators did not even research the fact of our being in a historic district. Other estimators did not mention replacement of the current well grown shrubs.
Upon acceptance and a check received from the Insurance company, Mr Gettys laid out their plans of action, from delivery of certain materials, to start and finish interior and exterior jobs, with start and finish dates. These were accomplished in a timely manner, based on the current weather conditions. Because of the very low temperatures, when warmer days appeared on Saturdays and Sundays, the brick workmen were here. Clean-up of different job sites was accomplished daily, so tracking in of debris was at a minimum. Final walk thru and now a week later, has shown no fault with the fine workmanship of Krystal Clear Windows, Inc. Their workmen and other contractors were very professional and at all times courteous to the employees of my company. Daily I was kept up to date of the current progress, and if I had questions, they always answered my phone calls.
Based on my research into the company, we contracted to have the doorway replaced at my own cost, at the same time.

All the exterior doors in our 2003 built home either had wood rot or leaked water. An experienced builder and go-to guy recommended Krystal Clear. We couldn't have made a better choice.
